Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course is a road course auto racing facility located in Troy Township, Morrow County, Ohio, United States, just outside of the village of Lexington. The track opened as a 15-turn, 2.4 mile (3.86 km) road circuit run clockwise.

The track was opened in 1962, by Les Griebling. he American Le Mans Series

and Indycar Series happens there, as well as a bevy of other racing goodness. And if you're interested in getting in on the action they don't open the track, as such, but you can take classes at their driving school so that you can get some track time.

Mohican State Park is located in the heart of Mohican Country...Ohio's great vacation region i.e. in the southern Ashland County bordered by State Routes 3 and 97, close to Loudonville, Ohio. The park can be easily accessed from Interstate 71. The park is comprised of 1,110 acres with 5 miles of the scenic Clear Fork Branch of the

Mohican River running through it. The recreational opportunities available to the park visitor include fishing, hiking, picnicking, camping, cottages and a resort lodge.

The Ohio Gourd Show is the largest gourd festival in the country. Every year, the Ohio Gourd Society sponsors this three-day collection of gourd growers, gourd crafters and just plain gourd-head enthusiasts. The festival transforms the town of Mt. Gilead. All the shops along Main Street put gourds in their window displays, and vendors line the sidewalks with all types of handcrafts and trinkets for sale.
